GMC- GULLAH , MAROON & CREOLE are the historically documented peoples of autonomous communities formed in the Americas by peoples who withdrew from imperial systems of control and established self-governing societies beyond colonial authority.
In North America, Maroon communities are historically evidenced in regions such as the Great Dismal Swamp, Spanish Florida,Mississippi , Alabama , Lousiana and the Carolina–Georgia low country, where Blackamoor, Angolan-descended peoples, and Indigenous allies mixed and created independent settlements through resistance, flight, treaty, and cultural alliance.

AMERICAN MAROON peoples and their members have the same rights as indigenous peoples and their members. For the IACHR, “international human rights law imposes an obligation on the state to adopt special measures to guarantee the recognition of tribal peoples’ rights, including the right to collectively own property. The jurisprudence of the Inter‐American Court of Human Rights in relation to the right to collective property applies not only to indigenous peoples, but also to Maroon peoples who preserve their traditional ways of life based on a special link to their lands and territories. Thus the American Maroon Community and different cases, the victims belonged to different communities or peoples who form part of the Maroon populations descending from self‐emancipated slaves that settled in their territories since the colonial period and are therefore not regarded, stricto senso, as “indigenous.” The Court considers the Maroons to be “tribal” peoples and communities.

Etymology & Covenant Identity
• Ge’ullah (גְּאֻלָּה) — Hebrew for redemption, restoration, or kin-redeemed.
Denotes those spiritually and lawfully redeemed from exile (Gola) and restored to Yahudi covenant nationhood.
• Este-Lvste (Ista Lusti) — Creek/Maskoki root meaning Black Folk/Nation or the dark people of the South.
Represents the Creole-Maroon ethnos formed in the Carolina–Florida–Gulf corridor.
• Amacario (Creole variation of Μακάριος / Yashar) — From Greek Makarios, “blessed, upright.”
Together, Ge’ullah Este-Lvste Amacario translates to:
“Redeemed Upright Black Folk of Yahuah — the Maroon American of United States of America/Arzareth.”
